White Mountain Economic Development (WMED) offers the Non-Technical Skills Program to help employers across Navajo, Apache, Coconino, Yavapai, and Mohave counties strengthen their workforce by building the essential soft skills that drive long-term employability.

 

Through five focused modules—Teams, Critical Thinking, Employability, Communication, and Financial Literacy—participants gain the tools to succeed in any industry. The program is developed in partnership with employers to ensure training aligns with real workplace needs and supports meaningful employee growth.

 

By addressing the region-wide demand for job-ready talent, WMED helps businesses cultivate stronger teams while opening new opportunities for workers across Northern Arizona.
